Karina's First Birthday Party

Karina celebrated her first birthday with a Princess Party in Pittsburgh. She was dressed just like a little princess with a tiara and all. She not only had a lot of local and long-distance family friends come celebrate with her but also had Oma and Grandpa John from Michigan and Bhagaya Avva and Kattappa ThaTha from India. She only wishes Meera Aunty could have seen how big she has gotten.
Big Brother Tejas had a lot of fun with the balloons and loved watching the Magic Show. He had even more fun partipating in the magic show. He made handkerchiefs magically appear out of empty popcorn boxes and ladybugs multiply.
Tejas loved singing Happy Birthday to his sister. When it was Daddy's birthday the next day he would change the song to Gobi's name and get upset if anyone tried to sing Happy Birthday to Daddy. He did sing to Uncle Jesse but yelled if anyone tried to sing to Seth. Daddy was not allowed to steal Gobi's Birthday!
